Taste the Rainbow
UV Jell-O shots
- 3 oz flavored gelatin mix
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup cold water
- 1⁄2 cup vodka
Prepare Jell-o, substituting 1⁄2 cup of water for 1⁄2 cup of flavored UV Vodka of choice. Pour Jell-O mixture into cups, filling 3⁄4 full. Let set for 2- 3 hours or until solid. Store in fridge ‘til ready to serve
